Account Director

Northampton / Hybrid

Base salary up to £40,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £30k per year)

Account Director to join a new and impressive communications provider. Due to rapid expansion, the business seeks to bring on an entrepreneurial individual with the motivation to exceed targets and strive for company-wide success.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Scheduling and attending appointments with existing clients
• Meeting performance targets in line with your KPIs, specifically gross profit
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other products in our portfolio
• Providing weekly business updates to management and maintaining the CRM daily

A bit about you:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, particularly in cross-selling products such as phone systems and multi-product deals
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience
• Results-driven, always striving for more
• Self-motivated
• Tenacious attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Engaging personality, professionally interacting with third parties
• Providing confident advice to customers
• Strong business acumen, with a keen eye for development opportunities
• Skilled in time management and workload prioritisation
