What you will be doing:

Performing vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
Occasionally interacting with customers to provide your expert, technical opinion
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge
Ensuring exceptionally high levels of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals

A full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Experience in the motor industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
