Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an innovative and forward thinking company based in Horsham, who have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.

With responsibility for administration of customer agreements, this is a vital role and requires excellent attention to detail with exceptional communication skills.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Administration of customer agreements
  • Ensuring adherence to service level agreements
  • Processing requests from the team
  • Following internal processes and ensuring documentation is accurate
  • Maintaining and reconciling figures
  • Resolving queries
  • Carrying out credit assessments

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Educated to at least A Level (or equivalent), ideally to degree level
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
  • IT proficient with the ability to learn new skills

Please note that this role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
