Assisting with the general marketing administration for the business.
Marketing Assistant - Key duties
Updating and controlling business letterheads and business cards
Assisting in web design in general (website creation, updating existing websites)
Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and the ways that users interact with the sites
Administration control of PDF document creation and amendments
Assisting in document design
Assisting in updating social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
Administration duties relating to the content library.
Submitting ideas for marketing programmes (blogs and content) designed to enhance and
grow the company’s brand.
Marketing Assistant - Key requirements
Prior marketing experience or management of social media for a business
Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
Knowledge and experience of using social media platforms for business marketing purposes.
Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
