Salary - £35,000 - £42,500 per annum DOE FTE + NHS pension + 6 week annual leave + Bank Holidays

Your role -

Essential experience as a Practice Nurse comfortable with all routine Practice Nurse responsibilities and Chronic Disease Management experience
Opportunity to progress and become a prescriber if not already
Flexibility around start and finish times
Benefit from a very supportive MDT around you
No home visits
30-37.5 hours per week
