Creative Graduate Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
- Contribute to developing a creative curriculum where creative learning opportunities are available for all pupils
- Support pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis whilst responding to their individual needs
- Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Non-negotiables:
- Must have obtained a 2:2 or above in degree
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in one or more creative subjects (Music, Drama, Sports, Art, Creative Writing, Psychology)
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and as part of a wider team
