Service Administrator

Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Our Client is a Family-run Independent Car Garage and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £35,000 basic.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (No weekends!).

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:

Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.The ideal Service Administrator will:

Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
Experience of DMS
Good customer service skills with technical understanding
