Your Role:

🔹 Lead and manage daily nursery operations

🔹 Ensure high standards of care and education

🔹 Support and develop staff to reach their full potential

🔹 Maintain compliance with all safeguarding and EYFS regulations

🔹 Build strong relationships with parents, children, and the community

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years

✔️ Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting 3 years minimum

✔️ Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding

✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔️ Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
