Electrical Project Manager is required for a M&E contractor based in Essex. Our clients main scope of works is commercial design and build CAT A/ B fit out projects through London in areas such as Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf.

The company have a turnover of £45m + and currently have 8 projects running throughout London at the moment, They have a high performing team in place and are now looking to recruit a Electrical Project Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for Electrical Engineer who would like to take a step into project management

Electrical Project Manager Duties

* Manage the project from start to completion

* Ensuring all project objectives are met.

* Procurement

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard

* Health & Safety

* Managing projects to budget

* Running project to a timeline

* Client meetings

* Prepare risk assessments.

* Method statements, and monitor health and safety onsite.

* Work closely with the design team

* Manage teams

* Progress reports

* Issue RFI's

* Reviewing RAMS from sub-contractors

* Working to weekly/monthly KPI targets and driving staff

* Delegating tasks to team member

The ideal candidate will have a HNC but is not a must,
