Job Title: Senior Site Manager

* Location: Lewisham, South London

* Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee Decent Homes and Voids projects, including painting, decorating, clearances, and kitchen & bathroom refurbishments

* Report to the Contracts Manager and Operations Lead

* Manage residential and social housing projects for Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords, and Developers

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality

* Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site

* Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities

* Conduct regular quality control inspections and manage site documentation

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Mentor and support junior staff members

* Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
