Our established client in the Professional Service Sector is seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will not only manage and curate social media content but also support broader marketing efforts to increase awareness and understanding of within the property insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility across platforms including Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

* Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

* Market Research and Analysis: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities, while also conducting broader market research to inform strategies.

* Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Business Development team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

* SEO and Paid Advertising: Assist in optimizing content for search engines and support the management of paid social media campaigns.

* Brand and Product Marketing: Contribute to brand positioning efforts and support product launches through targeted marketing activities.

* Analytics and Reporting: Analyse social media metrics and other marketing data, providing regular reports on performance and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

* Event and PR Support: Aid in organizing events, such as webinars and industry conferences, and assist with public relations activities as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or similar relevant experience in Marketing or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the property insurance or claims management/insurance industry.

* Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

* Experience in broader marketing functions such as SEO, paid advertising and content management is a plus.
