Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning applications, reports, and site appraisals
Support senior planners in project strategy development
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
Conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisionsKey Requirements:

Degree in Town Planning or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the planning process and current legislation
Planning software experience (Desirable)
