Job Overview:This role requires a dynamic Band 6 Physiotherapist to manage musculoskeletal (MSK) and neuro outpatient cases. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, supporting recovery, and fostering patient self-management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for MSK and neuro conditions to create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Provide education and support to empower patients in managing their long-term health.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation as per NHS guidelines.

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience managing MSK and neuro outpatient caseloads.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
