Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor to deliver surveys in the Swadlincote region.

Key job requirements include:

Undertaking a variety of Stock Condition and Domestic Energy surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings
Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports
Inputting data on site and at home We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor with excellent personal and communication skills.

You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor or Domestic Energy Assessor to be successful with your application.

£250 to £300 per day on a per survey rate basis and 12 month contract
