Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Education Account Manager to join our client’s team. This remote-based role is perfect for someone passionate about education technology and eager to make a significant impact in the sector. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with schools, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and educators.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to help schools effectively utilize the platform.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
• Monitor and analyse usage data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the education or SaaS sectors.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape and the challenges faced by schools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
