The BIM Coordinator we are looking for is someone who has prior experience working contractor side, ideally mid to high-end residential projects and hospitality. Architectural background would be beneficial. The role involves working with existing federated model, coordinate information with our subcontractors and liaison with the main contractor, attend clash detection workshops, produce BIM report for client, and some level of involvement with the company in-house BIM set up and structure.
It is important to clarify you will not be producing models from scratch but working with existing model and project BIM execution plan.
Role Accountabilities:
* Ensure compliance with BIM standards, Project BEP and contractual obligations, supporting delivery teams
* Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and address any delays promptly
* Act as intermediary between stakeholders for efficient project execution
* Drive Information Execution Plans and conduct supply chain assessments
* Provide strategic Information Management direction, produce reports, and lead digital implementation. Support team development and raise BIM and Digital profile across organization.
* Co-ordinate models produced in Inventor
* Produce Revit models from 2D AutoCAD drawings for BIM integration as well as model building elements in Revit for federation.
* Produce and develop project content utilising Revit and Navisworks
* Co-ordinate company BIM information with Base Build models
* Federate models and undertake clash detection including reporting and resolution
Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills, leadership in digital management

* The attitude to drive forward and be a solutions-based person
Experience:
* Proven track record in leading information management for large frameworks or programmes of work
* Proficiency in IT and implementing industry guidelines like PAS1192 and ISO 19650
* Experience in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and documentation
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, CAD, and CDE solutions
* Experience in COBie information & managing project data requirements
* Advanced understanding of BIM 360 & ACC
Qualifications:
* A background in the construction industry with experience of both Architectural & MEP sectors
* Min. 3 proven experience as a BIM Manager, with a strong track record in managing and implementing BIM processes.
* Desirable understanding of digital lifecycle stages and multiple digital techniques
