PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful and rapidly growing food-manufacturing site based in Uttoxeter with the appointment of a Recruitment Officer to join a small HR team on-site.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office-based working.

Description

The role of Recruitment Officer will report to a HR Manager and work as part of a small HR team at a busy manufacturing site, you will take full responsibility for the high-volume, weekly paid/temporary production recruitment.

This will include:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies within the company.
Creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on recruitment strategies.
Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Providing a high level of service to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conducting initial screening and interviews of potential candidates.
Take responsibility for all RTW/Pre-employment checks
Support with a smooth on-boarding processProfile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven recruitment background, critically you will have a background within a high-volume/blue-collar environment.
