Facilities Assistant / Co-ordinatorBased in Nottingham | onsite role40 hours per week | 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to FridayTemp role for 1 month | ASAP start until 27th OctoberPay rate of £13.00 per hour + holiday payOne of my regular Nationwide clients has reached out to me to recruit this temp cover role at their office based in Nottingham.The main purpose of this role will be to provide Facilities & Administration support to the business.Duties involved in this role will include:* Ensuring that the office is in good working order* Carrying out administration duties to support the front desk &wider office* Dealing with meeting room bookings including setup of equipment & organising refreshments & stationery* Raising any issues with facilities or maintenance to the company helpdesk* Providing switchboard cover when required* Some light moving of equipment & supplies between rooms* Some basic ad hoc administration as requiredIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Previous experience in a Facilities or Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal * Solid IT Skills If this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
