Are you a Level 2 Teaching Assistant?

We're looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join one of our esteemed primary schools in South Manchester through Tradewind Recruitment. This is a full-time, long-term role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, starting ASAP for one academic term, with the potential for extension into the next school year.

Position details:

Daily rate: £84 - £90, depending on experienceAbout the school:

About you:
The successful candidate will support the academic progress and development of a high-achieving class and work closely with the class teacher to assist students with additional needs, both in group settings and one-to-one.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
Providing individualised support to students facing learning challenges
Preparing teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
Building strong, respectful relationships with all pupils
Collaborating with key stage staff to share resources and best practicesEssential Requirements:

Strong references showcasing experience in KS1/KS2
