Paralegal - Court of Protection

Up to £25,000

London (SE1) Hybrid Working

Join our client’s renowned Court of Protection team, recognized by Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. This Paralegal role may lead to a training contract based on performance.

You will assist fee earners with case preparation, drafting Legal Aid applications, court orders, and witness statements, as well as conducting legal research and attending court hearings. Training and close supervision will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to empathize with vulnerable clients. Proactivity and good IT skills are essential. Completion of BVC/LPC/SQE and prior paralegal experience are desirable but not required.
