Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
Pay rate: £13.73 per hour (salary equivalent of £25,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

My client who is located in Maidenhead are looking to hire a Receptionist on a temporary basis for approximately 4-6 weeks

Working alongside a full-time Receptionist and an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and positive atmosphere. Duties will include:

Ensure the smooth running of reception
Meet and greet visitors to the office
Keep the visitor log updated and ensure correct badges are worn
Manage meeting room bookings
Order stationary and kitchen stock
Assist with facilities management including contacting suppliers and contractors
