Location: Birmingham
Salary: £70,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bid Manager to join our clients dynamic Bid Team in Birmingham. You will oversee the management of bids from PQQ to submission, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically appealing submissions. This role involves collaboration across departments, marketing tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bid process and allocate projects based on size, design, and workload
  • Schedule and coordinate deliverables for bids, managing the tender diary
  • Complete PQQs, expressions of interest, and prepare high-quality bids
  • Write, edit, and refine questionnaire responses
  • Maintain a library of key documents, case studies, and CVs
  • Oversee marketing efforts, including maintaining the company website and social media
  • Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations, including post-tender interviews
  • Manage travel and accommodation for team members
  • Assist in the preparation of board reports and take meeting minutes
  • Supervise Bid Team Assistant and ensure consistent workflow
  • Back up for the Bid Team Assistant during absences
Key Skills & Behaviors:
  • Proficiency in InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
