The ideal candidate will have experience in new product launch and worked in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Senior Launch Engineer, Launch Manager Duration: 12 months+The Role Reporting into the Technical Manager you will have the following duties: -Be an active and integrated member of the program team developing detailed knowledge of products and processes.-Liaise and report the program status and progress to the Technical Manager.-Manage the launch accountability process and communicate through the plant meeting cadence.-Participate and assist in PFMEA's and process flow development. -Lead and deliver new product launches.The Person Educated to degree level or holding qualifications in engineering or project management, you will have the following experiences: -Proven experience in a fast paced automotive manufacturing environment.-New product launch experience. -Experience of managing multiple projects from development to launch.
