Night Care Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our nursing home in Sheffield.
Position Details: - Salary: £11.65 - £12.20 per hour (depending on NVQs)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Times: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Includes alternate weekends
Key Responsibilities: - Providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night.
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring residents' health and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Responding to call bells promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided during the shift.
- Supporting the emotional well-being of residents by creating a safe and caring environment.
What We're Looking For: - A warm, caring, and patient nature.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (beneficial for higher pay rate).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to providing person-centered care.
