Job Title: Registered Home Manager - Dementia and Elderly
Location: Hitchin
Salary: £70,000 per annum + Bonus

About the Role:

You'll oversee the management of a medium-sized nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. The role requires strong leadership, team supervision, and the ability to foster a caring and respectful environment.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications: Nurse Qualification or NVQ Level 5 (or higher) in care.
Experience: At least 3 years in management within dementia or elderly nursing homes.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both written and verbal) & Proficient with electronic systems.

Knowledge: Care sector and regulatory frameworks (CQC compliance).
