About the Role

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for an immediate start in Wythenshawe. This is a long-term, full-time role supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour. You will be required to provide tailored support to individuals or small groups inside and outside the classroom.

Contract/Position Details

Location: Wythenshawe
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Type of Work: Full-time, long-term (ASAP start)
Rate of Pay: GBP95+ per day
Hours: 8:30 - 15:30

Experience, Training, and Qualifications

Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
Proven experience working in UK schools or with children with SEN
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (preferred but not essential, as training can be provided)

Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate (registered with the online update service) or willingness to process a new application
Two professional child-related references
