Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Internal Business Development Executive to join our client's team. This key role will support the Sales Manager by managing their calendar, booking appointments, prospecting for new business, handling sales administration (including quotations and proposals), managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and report on new business pipelines.
* Research leads and identify key decision makers
* Send out prospect emails, and conduct initial calls
* Follow up on outstanding tasks and meeting actions.
* Manage incoming new business leads and support lead generation activities.
* Create and prepare proposal documents and presentations.
* Assist the Sales Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
* Manage the Sales Managers diary and set appointments
Requirements
* Relevant Experience: Executive Administration, prospecting for new business appointments, pipeline management
* Aptitude, Skills, and Abilities: Super-efficient, great communicator, highly organised, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
