Position: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in mortgage advice with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist senior advisors in providing mortgage and protection advice to clients.

* Conduct initial client fact-finding and build strong client relationships.

* Develop knowledge of mortgage products, protection policies, and the lending process.

* Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with regulations and company standards.

* Work towards obtaining relevant qualifications to become a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor.

Key Requirements:

* A strong interest in the property and financial services industry.

* 12-24 months experience as a mortgage paraplanner or trainee advisor

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
