Requirements:

• A qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 12 months post-qualifying experience.
• Experience in supporting children with disabilities or similar settings is highly desirable.
• Completion of your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment).
• A passion for working with children and families, and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people with disabilities.
