Location: Within 30 minutes of Worcester
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (part-time hours considered)

Are you experienced in sea and air freight and looking to join a dynamic, friendly team? We are seeking a Sea and Air Freight Customer Service Operative to manage shipments efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing shipments from booking to delivery
Oversee the full shipping process, liaising with overseas agents and handling import clearance
Provide competitive quotes for sea and air shipments (import & export)
Book shipments with supplisolve any operational issues promptly to maintain high service levels
Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction

About You:

Experience in sea and air freight is ideal, but we will also consider candidates with experience in other freight modes (air/road) and strong customer service skills
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and process-driven
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
