Facilities Maintenance Engineer.
The role is for an experienced Facilities maintenance engineer to work in and around the Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire area. As the mobile Facilities maintenance engineer you will be mainly working within local commercial buildings in and around the Surrey, hampshire and greater london area.
The position is for a mobile Facilities Maintenance engineer that has the experience of reactive and preventative maintenance within a commercial environment.
We are looking for a person that has experience of working on all aspects of Building maintenance, large plant room Heating and Plumbing systems, Electrical - ideally power and Lighting - with and electrical qualification - 17/18th edition.
As an experienced facilities maintenance engineer you will ideally hold a City and Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning and safe handling of refrigerant. You will have the experience of working on all aspects of air conditioning. We also would like a the candidate that has experience on large high end residential / commercial plant rooms dealing with pumps and LTHW systems and CWS booster pumps.
The ideal candidate will come from a facilities maintenance background and be used to having to turn his hand to many of the day to day issues that arise around the sites,.
