The role:

As Boutique Manager you will be responsible for the unique and personalised experience at Aranyani. You need to be commercially driven and take ownership for driving sales and operational efficiencies. You need to develop and coach your team to deliver the ultimate luxury experience to the Aranyani clients. 

What we are looking for:

Extensive experience in Luxury retail with a retail management background 

Available to work evenings and weekends with occasional travel

Strong sense of presentation, etiquette and an excellent communicator 

An ability to build a client base through organising and leading high-profile events
Build relationships with local hotels and private clubs

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs 
Able to set sales targets and KPI's for you and your team

Knowledge of impeccable standards - visual merchandising  

Understanding of how to create and manage a P&L 

A positive can do attitude with an ability to use own initiative 

Line management experience

Competent and sensitive to a variety of cultures 
Experience in coaching and developing team members 
Training in client relationship management particularly with VIP clients
