Contract: Full-time, all year round, 36 hours a week (rotated shifts Mon - Fri with occasional weekend work for lettings)
Salary: Salary Scale 5 Spine Points 12-15

Are you a hands-on, hardworking individual with a passion for maintaining and improving school facilities? We are looking for a knowledgeable and flexible Site Assistant to join a dedicated Facilities Team at a school based in Haringey, starting this July for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintenance: Assist in the effective maintenance and development of the school premises and grounds, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

* Team Collaboration: Work under the direction of the Facilities Manager and alongside a talented and highly committed staff team.

* Health & Safety: Maintain a good awareness of Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

* Communication: Demonstrate excellent people skills and effective communication abilities.

* DIY Skills: Utilize building maintenance and DIY skills to address various tasks and projects.
