Job Overview:We are assisting a boutique law firm in their search for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in credit control, preferably within a legal or partnership environment. You will be responsible for managing the firm's credit processes, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the firm's debtor ledger
• Chase overdue payments and handle client queries
• Negotiate payment plans with clients where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments
• Prepare and send out client statements and invoices
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing issues

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years' credit control experience (legal/partnership environment preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in a case management software system is highly desirable
