As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Registering and overseeing the smooth running of the home.
• Supporting and guiding a highly experienced staff team in developing and maintaining individualised care plans.
• Ensuring all guidelines, care plans, and routines are followed to provide a structured, nurturing environment for the children.
• Working closely with Camden Council to meet their high standards and needs with professionalism and commercial awareness.
