Area to be covered: Midlands & North

Remuneration: up to £50,000 + circa £10,000 uncapped commission

Benefits: £500 car allowance ideally but can offer a company car + benefits package

The role of the Business Development Manager - Timber Frame, Flooring & Roofing Products will involve:

* Field sales position selling a range of timber frame, flooring and roofing products

* All of your time selling to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants such as: MKM & James Burrell

* Turnover target £1m+

* Majority of your time will be spent generating new business however will be given some existing accounts

* Ideally based Midlands or North East

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Timber Frame, Flooring & Roofing Products with:

* Must have field sales experience in the timber industry

* Sold to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants (open to all route to market)

* Ideally timber frame however not essential

* Driven and enthusiastic

* Excellent communication skills

* Efficient territorial planning skills
