Salary: £120 - £140 per day (depending on experience)

TeacherActive is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary School Sports Coach to join a vibrant school community in South East London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with a background in Physical Education or Sports Coaching to inspire and engage young learners in physical activity and sports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons and sports coaching sessions tailored to primary school students.

- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages all students to participate and enjoy physical activities.

- Develop students' physical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

- Organize and lead extracurricular sports clubs, events, and competitions.

- Work collaboratively with school staff to integrate sports and physical education into the wider curriculum.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during physical activities.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in PE teaching or sports coaching, preferably within a primary school setting.

- A relevant qualification in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage young children.

- Commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
