Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, Pro-rata

My client is an International Bank. They are looking to hire an Assistant Manager for their Regulatory Reporting department.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months - may be extended another 2-3 months as per requiremens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Monitoring of LCR and Stress Tests: Ensure the bank's Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and stress test results are prepared and monitored daily to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Preparation/Review of Regulatory Returns: Prepare and review COREP returns, PRA110, FSA017, liquidity reports (including ALMM and LCR DA), ensuring timely submission to the regulatory bodies.
  • Collaboration for Automation: Work closely with the regulatory reporting software and IT teams to automate and improve the efficiency of regulatory reporting processes.
  • Management Information (MI) Reporting: Prepare and submit relevant MI to senior management, ensuring they are informed of the latest regulatory developments and bank performance.
  • Reporting to Regulatory Bodies: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Assist the department with additional tasks and projects as required to support overall objectives

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Full or part qualified accountant
  • Prudential Regulatory reporting experience

Experience:

  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity risk management, including LCR and stress testing.
  • Experience with COREP returns, PRA110, and other regulatory reports (ALMM, FSA017).
  • Proficiency in working with regulatory reporting software and an understanding of automation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with IT and management teams
