Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM / 2 PM to 10 PM Shifts

Role Overview: As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the electrical systems and equipment within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to reduce downtime.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize electrical systems and processes.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and preventive maintenance practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule (6 AM to 2 PM / 2 PM to 10 PM).What We Offer:
