Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a manager to lead our small but expanding projects team. In this new role, you will project manage a range of significant installations and turnkey projects across the UK. You will oversee the effective implementation of all projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

You will lead a team managing projects for various industries, with challenging targets, and play a key role in developing customer relationships from the pre-sales process through to project completion and follow-ups. As Projects Team Manager, you will lead and manage all personnel within the Key Projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

* Oversee the implementation of significant installations and turnkey projects across the UK.

* Engage with customers through the pre-sales process and throughout project delivery.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Manage personnel within the Key Projects team, providing guidance and support.

* Ensure that all projects meet set targets, timelines, and quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience as a project manager, ideally from a large contractor background, or as an established projects team manager.

* Formal project management qualification such as APM/Prince2.

* Health & Safety qualification (Level 3 or above) is required.

* LEV Technical Qualification (P600/P601) is a significant advantage.

* Ability to work on critical national infrastructure projects (clear DBS check and possible security clearance required).

* A clean, full driving licence (role involves some UK travel).

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good IT skills and customer relationship management abilities.
