Contracts Manager

Resourcing Group is working closely with an M&E contractor who would like to expand their operational management team. They have a role available for a Contracts Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

The company carry out Facilities Management, working with a wide client portfolio. They work in occupied commercial premises, including offices in and around Bristol and Cardiff Cities.

The experienced Contracts Manager will ideally come from either a mechanical and/or electrical bias background, demonstrating a technical understanding of the industry. Having worked with in the built environment, overseeing and managing building services contracts is crucial. Pivotal to this role, the clients and relationships built will form a huge part of the day to day duties, as well as overseeing the scheduled works, communicating daily withe the directly employed trade staff.

This is a great role, being offered on a secure permanent basis and is available for the right person to join the team quickly.
