Property Accountant Role

NC Associates are working with a forward thinking and market leading property organisation to assist in recruiting a Property Accountant on a fixed term contract. My client is looking for a  Accountant who can help support the senior finance team in delivery robust financial information across the business

Property Accountant Responsibilities

• Preparing the management accounts for various entities within the group
• Inter-company accounts
• Service charge accounts 
• Consolidation of accounts
• Preparation of VAT returns 
• Year end accounts 

Property Accountant Experience Required

• CIMA, ACCA, Qualified
• Property Sector Experience Required
• Confident, Commercial Acumen 
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Strong attention to detail
