The Role:

As a Contract Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex civils and groundworks packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be managing site teams, subcontractors, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure project success.

✅ Overseeing site operations, health & safety, and compliance

✔️ Expertise in groundworks, earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure
✔️ Excellent leadership, commercial, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Full UK driving licence
