Sewell Wallis are working with a progressive Accountancy Firm looking for a Senior Tax Advisor to join their team.

As a business, they strive to help their clients think differently and drive the success of their business. Their clients range from individuals, small businesses, large businesses and start-ups.

This covers both corporate and personal tax and this individual will be part of a team of two who will cover both and get exposure to so much more!

What you will be doing:

Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including individuals, partnerships, and trusts.

Preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns, including self-assessment tax returns, partnership tax returns, and trust tax returns.
Providing tailored tax planning advice to clients, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax planning.
Preparing and reviewing Forms P11D and working alongside our specialist Employment Tax team in the provision of employment benefits advice
Managing client relationships and providing excellent client service.
Liaising with HMRC and resolving any tax queries or issues.
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicating these changes to clients.What skills are we looking for:

CTA or ACA qualified with several years of experience in personal tax.
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
Experience in managing a portfolio of personal tax clients and providing tailored tax planning advice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.What's on offer:
