Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit a male support worker with experience of working with clients who have a traumatic brain injury. We are looking for active support worker who will be supporting our client with 6h shifts Monday to Friday.

Experience of working with clients with brain injuries is essential.
 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting our clients with domestic activities.
• Providing support to our clients to access the community.
• Keeping detailed support notes.
• Providing support to assist our clients undertake various therapy programmes.
• Full training and clinical support will be given to the successful applicants.

Training & Background Checks

• An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
