Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all Inspectors within the team and allocate work appropriately
Ensure team members are clear on their daily activities and provide coaching to achieve goals
Support staff selection, performance, development, and training processes
Inspect components using appropriate inspection techniques to department standards
Verify material and treatment documentation is accurate and aligns with technical specifications
Scrutinise and adjust work schedules to resolve scheduling and inspection quality issues

Job Requirements:

Proven leadership skills and experience in developing cohesive teams
Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols
Proficient in current department measurement technology, including CMM
Ability to remain focused and meet strict deadlines under pressure
Excellent organisational, communication, and attention to detail skills
Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
