Job Description:
As a New Build Developer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our new-build properties to potential clients, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking markets. Your role will involve managing client relationships, guiding clients through the buying process, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, bilingual sales professional to grow with a company that values expertise, client focus, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.

* Conduct property tours, present features and benefits of new-build properties, and guide clients through the buying process.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining an active pipeline and driving results through strategic client engagement.

* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support targeted campaigns for the Mandarin-speaking market.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.

* Ensure client records and communications are accurately logged and managed in CRM systems.

Requirements:

* Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

* Previous experience in property sales, ideally within new build developments.

* Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

* Knowledge of East London's property market is a plus.
