Description

Finance Manager

• Responsible for managing two permanent staff and reporting direct every week to the Board.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Optimize use of cash surpluses and control the fixed asset register
• Manage taxation matters and liaise with external auditors.
• Support the development of financial systems and processes.
• Monitor cash flow and predict future trends.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (XERO)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
