Nursery Room Leader - Toddler Room

Salary: Up to £29,000

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their team and take charge of the Toddler room. This nurturing setting has been thoughtfully designed with natural materials to create a calm and welcoming environment for children. Regular updates with new toys, equipment, and educational resources ensure the space remains stimulating and engaging. The outdoor area is equally inspiring, featuring an organic fruit and vegetable growing area and a mud kitchen.

As the Nursery Room Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Toddler room, ensuring that the environment continues to support and nurture the children's development.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 in Early Years
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and implement engaging educational activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of the children.
• Lead and guide a team of educators and support staff, offering mentorship and direction.
• Foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as childcare standards.
• Maintain strong, open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of each child's development.
