We are seeking a skilled professional to provide seamless support to a HR Operations team while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handling emails and HR system processes with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate HR data and facilitate seamless organisational changes.
- Assist in employee on-boarding processes and documentation.
- Generate contracts, certificates, and reports with a keen eye for detail.
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to employee queries.
- Produce standard HR reports and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background.
- Previous HR experience in a confidential setting preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in database management.
- Experience with Workday HR system is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
